COORDINATION (minimum of 3 months booking) stating at $2,600
This is also known as “Month of coordination”. When it comes to this package, we don’t like to call it “month of”, really because theres too much information and details to collect in a month, so we like to book a minimum of 3-6 out from your wedding. This package is for the hands-on couple who have all the planning and vendors booked, but needs someone to manage the wedding day and execute all of the details. We’ll coordinate all the logistics of your day and ensure that every detail is set up exactly how you envisioned it. We’ll act as a liaison between you and your vendors, confirming load-in/out times and final payments. We’ll offer guidance, fine tune last-minute details, handle any concerns that may arise, and create a custom timeline for you, your bridal party and vendors to follow. We’ll oversee your wedding rehearsal, the set-up and breakdown of your ceremony/reception locations, and coordinate the whole wedding day! You will be able to rest easy knowing that your day will be fully taken care of and all you and your loved ones have to do is show up! We cannot wait to be a part of your special day!
PARTIAL PLANNING (9 months) Starting at $6,500
Are you somewhat planned, but not sure where to go from here? Or just want someone to come in and handle the final details going forward? Look no further! We will step in 6-9 months out and take over the any final details. We will work together to make sure your vision comes to life how you have always imagined it.
FULL PLANNING (12+ months) Starting at $9,000
Are you stressing out thinking about the planning process or simply don’t have the time? This package is for you! This package will allow us to handle every detail from start to finish. We’ll listen to what you want and create a game plan around that. We’ll establish a budget, check availability of venues and vendors, assist you in choosing your dream team of wedding pros, schedule and attend meetings with you, review vendor contracts, and much more. We are here to serve you and make your dream wedding come to life! We cannot wait to be apart of your special day.
