I started off planning my daughter’s wedding on my own and was quickly overwhelmed. Hiring Alexis and Cheers Event Company was the smartest thing I could have done for myself and for my daughter’s wedding. There are so many intricate details that you just don’t think about, especially as someone who’s never planned a wedding or major event before. Alexis’s experience and knowledge made things enjoyable and a million times less stressful. Planning this wedding and working with Alexis was actually fun! She helped on so many levels and at the end of the day we had an absolutely amazing beautiful perfect wedding that will remain one of my favorite days of all time!

Kimberly is the best advocate and organizer. I didn’t need to worry that a task delegated to her would get done and done correctly. It was so great having her advocate for our needs so we never had to be the “bad guy” with family or vendors. She addressed issues with others gracefully and resolved things quickly and efficiently. I also felt I could lean on her for support during the whole wedding process. She encouraged us to reach out at anytime and I never felt like my needs were a burden. 10/10 would recommend!

During the planning process, Alexis was somehow ALWAYS available and responsive despite having a family and two young children. I never felt like I was waiting on her for anything and could trust that things would be taken care of to my standard (I’m a Virgo so that says a lot). The day of could not have gone any better, truly our dream wedding. Alexis + Kimberly are attentive, dialed and communicative, yet nothing feels rushed or chaotic. Our entire day went so smooth and everything flowed seamlessly – not just outwardly for our guests, but behind the scenes as well. It was enjoyable and so much fun working with them. Alexis was my brothers wedding planner, so we got to see her in action first hand.  So when it was our turn, we knew we needed Alexis for our day.  We were planning to have our wedding in Aspen, Colorado, so we chose full planning with Alexis and we could not recommend it more! She literally planned everything for us from start to finish. We flew out to Colorado with her and she plan the whole itinerary for our food tasting, cake tasting, hair and makeup and our rehearsal dinner tasting as well. I cannot recommend Alexis and her team enough. It will probably take me 2 hours to write this review as I just have so many incredible things to say about Cheers Event Co!!!! I was a July 2025 bride. To start off, Alexis was nothing short of incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and kind from the very start, and throughout the very end, even AFTER the wedding, she has still been helpful and responsive and I cannot thank you enough for that Alexis!!!! After my first intro call with her I knew I didn’t need to talk to anyone else regarding coordinating services as we just got along so well. All of the vendors that I hired for my wedding are incredibly talented people but my true deciding point was how well I got along with them, and I knew right away that Alexis would just get me. I consider myself a very Type-B personality – i’m not the most organized at times – but Alexis knew just how to work with that. And the process of getting things in order for a wedding for someone like me can be very daunting. I felt so supported the entire year leading up the wedding. She would answer all my questions, and was always responsive when I would ask if we could hop on a call to discuss details. For a bride, I find that to be one of the most valuable qualities you can look for in any vendor – communication. The day of the wedding was nothing short of a dream come true. Alexis was in close contact with all my vendors, ensuring that nothing would slip through the cracks. And really….nothing slipped through the cracks. She was accommodating with my last-minute artsy requests (chocolate hearts forever) and truly understood my vision. There were some table displays that I didn’t have time to creatively direct myself prior to the wedding, as I was swamped with other details, so I had asked her to take the lead and go with my vibe. She nailed it, and everything was beautiful and exactly the way I would have done it myself. I never had any doubts that she would deliver, and I knew I could put my trust in her. Right before I walked down the aisle, as Alexis was making sure everyone was where they needed to be, I was joined by her colleague, Kylee, in my bridal suite, to let me know when it was time to head over the begin my walk down the aisle. Kylee was so sweet and helped me calm my nerves before the most memorable moment of my life – thank you Kylee!! Throughout the whole reception, they made sure that my groom and I were fed, had our drinks (Matt says thanks for the DC!), and were taken care of no matter what. I remember sitting at our head table, feeling so overwhelmed at even the idea of changing my longer veil to my little party veil, and Alexis helped me switch it out quickly and without hesitation! She even took the cutest polaroids of us that I cherish forever!! I knew I could count on her and that my husband and I could just have fun and enjoy the evening, and that she would take care of us. I was even sad to say goodbye at the end of the night because our time working together was coming to an end!!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so so so much for everything. It was the most perfect wedding we could ever dream of, and none of it would have been possible without you guys!!

From my first conversation with Alexis, I could tell we would get along. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel super comfortable. From the moment we booked with Cheers, she was always available to us and never made me feel like our questions were dumb or a waste of her time. Even though we only booked month-of coordination, Alexis helped us with tons of little questions along the way even before the month of that helped guide us and make the wedding planning process run more smoothly. The check lists she gave us kept our planning on track and reminded us what we were missing. On the day of, Alexis and her team helped make everything truly perfect! It was all in the little details, from parking my dad’s car at the church so he didn’t have to stress, or making sure that we ate at the reception – I wish I could have Alexis around all the time! She even came to the rescue when, on the day of, our dessert vendor forgot they had a booking with us, and she swooped in when the church’s ceremony staff didn’t know how to run a rehearsal! She and her team made both our families feel incredibly comfortable and let them truly enjoy the day with us including helping my bridesmaid with her newborn so she could actually be in our pictures! We were incredibly picky when my partner and I were looking for our wedding planner/coordinator. We met with about 5 other companies/people and did not connect as well as we did with Alexis! We cannot thank Alexis & Cheers Event Co enough for making our dream wedding day a reality. From our initial call, I could sense her years of experience in planning and events and confidence in providing all the services we needed for month-of coordination. Where do I even start. Alexis saved me from all the last minute planning and took care of all the day of vendors. She kept me on track without being over bearing.
