I met with Alexis very early on into wedding planning. Although we hired her to be a month-of coordinator, she was always available for questions and for any recommendations. She helped us find our amazing florist and advised us on ways that we could stick to our budget without compromising our dream wedding. She helped us answer and figure out all insurance-related questions and was able to contact and organize all of our vendors so that on the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to handle or stress about a thing. We were incredibly picky when my partner and I were looking for our wedding planner/coordinator. We met with about 5 other companies/people and did not connect as well as we did with Alexis! When we met her in person, her personality and work ethic won us over, over fancy files or colorful timelines. We cannot thank Alexis & Cheers Event Co enough for making our dream wedding day a reality. From our initial call, I could sense her years of experience in planning and events and confidence in providing all the services we needed for month-of coordination. Every interaction with Alexis was extremely friendly and cooperative. She always ensures she understands you completely and guides you with helpful insights or suggestions. She was able to give us assistance with the event timeline and communication and coordination with all vendors. Even some smaller things such as the quantity of alcohol to purchase, how much cake to order, and suggestions on our buffet dinner to ensure there was enough time for dancing at the end of the evening, and much more. Additionally, our wedding was very DIY, my parents drove from the midwest with an SUV filled to the brim with decor and then it was paired flawlessly with the florist’s amazing work and party rentals. Alexis was so amazing. I had already done most the things myself like finding places to get flowers,food,music, ect but I needed a cordinator to make sure everything went smoothly. So I reached out to her, and she met up with me and went over everything. She was so nice and for the price i was all in. And let me tell you my wedding went so smoothly and she was there every step of the way with me. I almost had a freak out because my dad was late, but she made sure everything went as planned and had my dad walk me down the aisle. She even had snacks, making sure I ate and made sure my soon to be husband didn’t get to drunk before the ceremony celebrating with his boys ;). Where do I even start. Alexis saved me from all the last minute planning and took care of all the day of vendors. She kept me on track without being over bearing.
